Guide Dogs Victoria (GDV) is one of the state's oldest and best loved charities. We are committed to satisfying the mobility aspirations of people who are blind or vision impaired by offering high quality services that meet their needs, enhance their quality of life and assist in their achievement of independence, safety and confidence. Since 1957, when a group of prominent Victorians formed a committee and signed a constitution to establish a Guide Dog Association in Melbourne, Guide Dogs Victoria has assisted literally thousands of blind and vision impaired Victorians achieve safe and independant travel. There are a number of different mobility options for people with a vision impairment that we take into consideration, for many people a Guide Dog is not the answer and we work with each person to find the right mobility solution for them, e.g. long cane and electronic aids.

Guiding Eyes is an internationally accredited, nonprofit guide dog school with a 50-plus year legacy of providing the blind and visually impaired with superior Guiding Eyes dogs, training, and lifetime support services.

Guild Care, established in 1933, provides an extensive range of innovative services for older people, people with dementia, carers and children with special needs. We are a local charity serving Worthing in West Sussex, and surrounding areas.

Guildance Community Development Foundation is a Nigerian Non Governmental non-profit Organization (NGO), registered under part ‘C ’with the Corporate Affairs Commission. Presently, we have offices in Osun Stae and Oyo State with plan to network throughout Nigeria in the nearest future. The NGO focuses on HIV/AIDS prevention through awareness campaigning, pre counseling, testing, and post counseling. One of our objectives is to fight the discrimination of people living with HIV/AIDS, especially orphaned and vulnerable children highly marginalized in the society. Guildance Community Development Foundation began operation in 2000 but registered in April of 2008 and collaborated with National Blood Transfusion Services and Ladoke Akintola Teaching Hospital,Osogbo in Osun State. The Gurkha Welfare Trust is a registered charity which was established in 1969. We relieve poverty and distress among Gurkha ex-servicemen of the British Crown and their dependants. This is achieved by raising funds for distribution in Nepal through the Trust's field arm, the Gurkha Welfare Scheme, and responding to welfare needs as they arise in the UK. The Trust supports around 10,000 welfare pensioners in Nepal. Most are in their 80s and are totally reliant on the Trust for a dignified comfortable old age. The Trust has a coordinating role for helping those in need in the UK and other service charities. However, the Trust's firm focus remains Nepal for the veterans who will spend their final days in the mountain villages.

Gustavus is a community with a Christian tradition and a Lutheran identity. The Lutheran understanding of education brings positive value in the all-important exploration of the world and its diverse people. Four decades after its creation, the Guttmacher Institute continues to advance sexual and reproductive health in the United States and worldwide through an interrelated program of social science research, policy analysis and public education designed to generate new ideas, encourage enlightened public debate, promote sound policy and program development and, ultimately, inform individual decision making. The Institute produces a wide range of resources on topics pertaining to sexual and reproductive health, including International Perspectives on Sexual and Reproductive Health, the Guttmacher Policy Review and Perspectives on Sexual and Reproductive Health.

Guy's and St Thomas' Charity awards grants to facilitate improvements to health services in the London boroughs of Lambeth and Southwark. Grants fund a wide range of projects: from small schemes which improve the patients' environment, to major initiatives which involve the purchase of cutting-edge equipment to diagnose or treat illness. Grants to improve healthcare are awarded to Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, and to Lambeth and Southwark Primary Care Trusts. Grants for research which benefit these NHS Trusts are also awarded, principally to King's College London.

Our goal is to eliminate poverty housing and homelessness from the world, and to make decent shelter a matter of conscience and action. We invite people of all backgrounds, races and religions to build houses together in partnership with families in need. We have built over 300,000 houses around the world and we are currently serving a low-income family somewhere around the world through new house construction, major house rehabilitation projects and with house repairs. Thanks to Habitat for Humanity over one and a half million people now have safe, decent, affordable shelter. HFH believes that decent housing is a fundamental human right and that inadequate housing impacts on the capacity to work (including education), on health (especially of mothers and children) and on gender equality (HFH works mostly with women). We believe that it is our moral and religious duty to ensure that we are part of a world where no one has to live in poverty; where everyone has access to food, shelter and clean water; to a livelihood, health and education. HFH also believes that work on shelter and housing ties the other basic human rights issues together effectively as a significant and necessary crosscutting intervention.

Hadassah International is a humanitarian organization spanning five continents, comprised of men and women of all faiths and nationalities who support the Hadassah Medical Center, a premier facility of healing, teaching, and research in Jerusalem. Through the universal language of medicine, we build bridges to nations by initiating and hosting symposia where Hadassah's health care professionals share their expertise. We also help to establish cooperative research and clinical ventures between Hadassah and medical and scientific institutions around the world.

Haemophilia Foundation Australia (HFA) represents people with haemophilia, von Willebrand disorder and other related inherited bleeding disorders, and their families. HFA works with a network of State and Territory Foundations to ensure everyone with bleeding disorders in Australia has access to the world’s best practice treatment and care. HFA is a National Member Organisation of the World Federation of Hemophilia, and participates in activities to improve access to treatment and care to people with bleeding disorders around the world.

Haig Homes is a charitable Housing Trust set up in 1928 (registered 1929) as a lasting memorial to Field Marshal Earl Haig, who worked ceaselessly to highlight and solve the problems of ex-Servicemen and their families. Haig Homes is the leading UK provider of rental housing for ex-Service people. The Association has over 1,300 houses, flats, maisonettes and bungalows throughout the UK. Haig Homes remains unique in that its charitable object, unchanged since its creation, proscribes that its homes and housing assistance are available only to those who have served in HM Forces, or their widows, widowers and dependants, and who are in housing and financial need.

Hairstylists for Humanity was incorporated in 2003 under the leadership of Mario Betto, a hairstylist and philanthropist. For the first six years of the organization's existence, beauty and grooming services were provided free of charge to various social service agencies in South Florida. In November of 2009, Hairstylists for Humanity committed to change its course of service to the community. Through fund-raisers and community participation, the goal is to raise funds to provide educational opportunities. The Hairstylists for Humanity Scholarship Program will provide scholarships to eligible individuals to attain the education and licensing needed to become Nail Specialists, Facial Specialists and Cosmetologists. We believe that education is power.
