Mission Armenia was founded in Yerevan, Armenia in 1993, and is one of Armenia's largest and most successful non-governmental humanitarian agencies. The organisation has brought financial, emotional, physical and medical assistance - and spiritual support and hope - to refugees from Azerbaijan and Karabagh. Mission Armenia also provides regular home care and support for over 6,000 elderly people throughout Armenia. The work of Mission Armenia is increasingly focused on development programs through community building and volunteerism. Mission Armenia has a staff of 450 social workers, doctors, nurses and other specialists. Mission Armenia is propelled by Christian values at the core of which is faith, hope and love.
