WSPA has been promoting animal welfare for more than 25 years. Our work is concentrated in regions of the world where few, if any, measures exist to protect animals. We focus on responsible pet ownership, humane stray management and cruelty prevention. We stand against intensive farming and the cruel management and killing of wild animals for food or by-products. We provide care to animals suffering as a result of man-made or natural disasters, and thereby protecting people’s livelihoods.

The World Study Fund foundation was started in 2004 by Twin van Leeuwen, after he had visited countries like Nepal and Bangladesh. Our aim is to offer children of Nepal and Bangladesh a better future by financing the education of the children from kindergarten to professional and occupational levels. We believe that the basis for a good future starts with good education. We therefore limit our aid to the education of deprived children of Nepal and Bangladesh.

The World Union of Jewish Students (WUJS) is a non-profit, grassroots body acting as the umbrella organisation of independent Jewish Student unions worldwide. WUJS, as a World Union, unites and represents students all over the world. In order to facilitate regional work and enhance outreach there are 5 continental unions, whose heads are the WUJS Executive primary members. World Villages for Children, founded by Father Aloysius Schwartz, provides financial support to the charity programs of the Sisters of Mary in the Philippines, Korea, Mexico, Guatemala and Brazil. The Sisters of Mary Children's Villages provide food, care and education for children who, through no fault of their own, fall victim to circumstances that have far-reaching consequences for their education and living environment. The Sisters of Mary consist of more than 200 Sisters who manage the relief projects.

We are a local NGO operating in four districts of Western Kenya. Our goal is to improve the health and well-being of children and youth affected by poverty and disease. To do this in the most comprehensive way, we work in partnership with local community based organisations and implement a number of health and life-opportunity enhancing activities with children in their catchment areas. These activities range from sports and health education, provision of scholarships and providing community groups with the social and financial resources to provide adequate care and support of vulnerable children. We also facilitate the building of basic infrastructure and engage local people in advocacy for healthy and sustainable living.

WVS supports animal charities and non-profit organisations all over the world. From domestic animal welfare shelters in Greece, equine welfare projects in Gambia and exotic conservation projects in Grenada and India, WVS provides veterinary and non-veterinary volunteers, free veterinary drugs, supplies and equipment and free veterinary advice and consultation. Working with local communities, WVS aims to promote and produce long-term sustainable projects to the benefit of local animal and human populations. We work with all species and our volunteer teams are aimed not only at improving animal welfare but also at benefiting the local communities in which they work. By reducing feral dog populations for example, we can help control zoonotic (infectious to humans) diseases such as rabies and leishmaniasis. By helping train equine paramedics in developing countries we benefit communities that depend on working equines for the mainstay of their economy.
