We develop the capacity of civil society organizations in India and South Africa to plan, implement and evaluate organizational change projects that improve the lives of women. Our approach is collaborative, dialogic, non-prescriptive and evolutionary and holistic. To support our approach we use an action-learning process, which provides facilitated, structured reflection that enables our organizational partners to learn as they do: to set goals for their change projects, to expect those goals to change and for the projects to get refined throughout the development and implementation, with a view to creating the best outcomes for the organization and the community it serves.
